At VISS we have a relentless focus on providing a world class education that fosters community engagement, a positive school climate and excellence in teaching and learning.

We focus on each individual students needs and ensure we are supporting their academic, social and emotional development.

VISS Primary School PupilWe deliver the Victorian Early Years Learning and Developmental Framework in the Early Learning Centre and the Victorian Curriculum in the Primary School, which allows us to deliver a variety of learning experiences that allows students to be curious, creative and collaborative.

We promote high standards in all areas of education and are relentless in our pursuit to deliver the very best educational experience for your child and your family.

VISS offers students a rich academic environment for a child’s primary school years. Our aim is to empower each student with an understanding of their own strengths and skills and help them develop strategies that maximise their success. This includes teaching students to understand how they learn, take personal responsibility for their learning, self-reflect for improvement and set goals to maximise their learning outcomes.

We offer a broad and balanced curriculum, in line with the Victorian Curriculum which sets out what every student should learn during their first eleven years of schooling. The curriculum is a set of knowledge and skills required by students for life-long learning and social development.

The Victorian Curriculum encourages teachers to appropriately target the learning level of each individual student in their class. While focusing on the core skills of English and Mathematics, we also offer multiple opportunities to develop student talents and interests in sporting, artistic and social endeavours, with a strong values program underpinning our practice.

VISS also offers a dedicated Arabic, Islamic, Moral Education and Social Studies program as per the UAE Ministry of Education requirements. The program caters for both native and non-native speakers of Arabic.
